What is Showoff Clips?
Showoff Clips helps busy real estate professionals turn static listing photos into cinematic, social media-ready video content that drives attention and engagement for each property. We offer a cost-effective alternative to traditional production studios that charge thousands for full property tour videos.
How does the process work?
Once you’ve selected your package, voiceover, and music track, simply upload your listing photos or provide your MLS number if your property is already listed. We’ll take care of the rest, creating your cinematic property clips ready to show off on all your social media platforms — delivered within 24 hours.
Why don’t you let me create the videos myself?
Top agents don’t spend their time editing — they delegate. Showoff Clips gives you professionally edited, cinematic listing videos without the learning curve, expensive software subscriptions, or hours of trial and error.
What do I need to provide to get started?
To ensure your finished video looks amazing, we highly recommend providing:
- High-quality listing photos
- Property details and descriptions — we’ll use these to write the script for your voiceover (address, price, key features)
- Branding elements — logo, headshot, contact info
We follow a standard video flow for all clips. If you’d like a different style or sequence, include your instructions and we’ll do our best to accommodate.

How long does it take to receive my video clips?
We aim to deliver your video clips within 24 hours of receiving your order. Premium and Elite package clients receive expedited turnaround times.
Do I own the final video clips?
You have complete ownership of all your video clips. Once delivered, you can use them across your marketing channels, including social media, email campaigns, and paid advertising.
Can I request revisions?
Revisions are available with the Premium and Elite packages only. To request changes to your video clips, please select one of these packages at checkout.
What if I need a rush order?
We understand that sometimes rush orders are necessary. If time permits, we’re happy to accommodate them for an additional fee. Please contact us, and we’ll let you know what’s possible!
Can I change the voiceover or music track that I have selected?
Once production of your video clip has begun, changes to your selected voiceover or music track are not possible. If production has not yet started, we’ll be happy to accommodate your request.
Please contact us to confirm the status of your order before requesting changes.
What platforms are the video clips optimized for?
Our video clips are formatted for:
- Instagram Reels
- TikTok
- YouTube Shorts
- MLS-compatible formats (upon request)
What is your refund policy?
Each video clip we create is custom-made using your listing photos, MLS details, and property information, all orders are final.
Every project requires dedicated editing time and creative work tailored specifically to your property. For that reason, we’re unable to offer refunds once production has begun or after the final video has been delivered.
That said, your satisfaction matters to us. If there is a technical issue or an error on our end (such as incorrect details or file problems), we will gladly correct it promptly at no additional charge.
We encourage clients to review all submitted materials carefully before signing off on an order to ensure everything is accurate.
